Conceptualised as a series of cameos that reflected the artistic expression and creative
freedom of the new Samsung Galaxy Note the launch experience, hosted at ZAR on the
13th Floor of the Radisson Blue Hotel at dusk, which was spectacular and added magic to
the event as the sun set over the Sandton horizon, showcased some of our countries most
creative spirits in an evening of inspired magnificence.

Hosted by Jeannie D and featuring a performance of the riveting song “Vincent” by Dave van Vuuren and the incredible talent of the Buskaid Ensemble followed by DJ Dino Bravo, guests were afforded a first glimpse at this artistic marvel and were able to engage with product experts and witness the exceptional artistry of the device as graphic artists captured caricatures of the invited guests on Galaxy Note Demo Units. Its was described by attending media as the hottest ticket in town, a by-invite only event that you had to be on the list to get near.

As guests arrived a fleet of branded luxury sports cars signaled the start of an evening set to be something spectacular and boy it was! When Samsung does something with Idea Lab, they do it in style!
